How it Works

1 Extendable Phone Plan for Simplicity

TxTelCo also allows you to choose your features a la carte.  This means that you have full control over your monthly bill.  You choose which features you’d like to pay for, and leave out the features that you don’t need.  We don’t offer tiered plans or packages.  You simply pay for what you want.

Choose Your Features

TxTelCo makes it easy to choose your features.  Our consultants will help you understand exactly what each feature does and how benefits your employees.  We’ll also ask you a few questions about your business, & suggest features that may help you and your business.

Choose Your Equipment

Offering a unique mix of equipment, you have the option to choose from premium quality phones or our excellent line of budget phones.  Many of these phones are modular, allowing you to upgrade at a later date.  We even allow you to use your existing IP phones if you’d like.

Phone System Installation

Once you’re finished choosing your features and equipment, we’ll schedule a time to install your new phone system by one of our friendly technicians.  After installation is finished, we’ll monitor your phone system for a week to make sure that it is working at it’s fullest potential.  

Enjoy Your New Phone Setup

The last step is the easiest…  simply enjoy your new features and lower price!  Don’t forget to leave a detailed review to get a discount on your first month of service.  If you’d like to make any upgrades in the future, just give us a call and we’ll get you taken care of!
